Frank graduated from the University of Florida in Business and Accounting. His corporate background includes IBM sales and management, and Merrill Lynch as a stockbroker. He moved to Atlanta where he met his wife Sharon, also a realtor. Together they are Team Alters. He is a 32-year vested member of Screen Actors Guild. He enjoys golf, tennis, and an occasional theatrical role. He has great attention to detail and offers in-depth skills in marketing, negotiating, and administrative detail. My wife was seasoned at moving, so she nursed me through the infant moments of traveling with a family. Between the two of us, Rose and I have experience moving from Greece, Columbia SC, San Diego and points thereabouts.
My wife and I have three grown daughters and three grandkids. We are active in our local church and support ministries throughout the world.

In 2009 I began my career in Property Management managing multifamily apartment communities. I managed communities as large as 300 homes, alongside a team of 7 employees. Throughout my career I opened several new construction communities, quickly getting them fully occupied. I also facilitated several sales of apartment communities.
